A SURF & TURF FATHER’S DAY DINNER

Fathers deserve just as much love as moms. So that’s exactly what we set out to do with a Surf & Turf themed family dinner to celebrate the amazing fathers in our lives.

In times like these, it’s important to remember to celebrate your loved ones. This Father’s Day, we made more of a splash than usual because 1) I can’t imagine my life without either of these fine gentlemen and 2) because two beautiful Tomahawk steaks called our name. My mom and I had been planning this dinner since Mother’s Day - the challenge was to come up with something even more amazing than what the boys had prepared for us. Surf & Turf just seemed like the right fit, kind of a like an official kick-off to enjoying a summer at home. And boy, was it the best decision we made.
